A little help with ZapTap.

Open ZapTap from Applications, then look for the lightning icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen. ZapTap is a menu-bar app and does not keep a Dock icon. Click the lightning icon, then choose Manage ZapTap to edit your links and snippets.

Try opening ZapTap again from Applications. Check any menu-bar organizer you use, and make room by closing other menu-bar utilities temporarily. On displays with a camera notch, crowded menu bars can obscure items. Contact support if the icon still does not appear.

Open Manage ZapTap, select Links, and choose Add Link. Add a title and web address, then save. Drag the row handles to change the order. Clicking a saved link in the menu opens it in your default browser.

With Record Clipboard enabled, ZapTap remembers newly copied text while running. It stores up to 100 text items, including pinned items. The menu shows the latest 10 unpinned items and puts older history in a submenu. Click an item to copy it back to the system clipboard, then paste normally. Images, files, and text longer than 5,000 characters are not saved.

Yes. In the manager's Clipboard tab, pin up to 10 items. Pinned items stay at the top of the clipboard section. You can rename them, edit their text, and drag them into your preferred order.

Turn Record Clipboard off in the menu to pause recording. To delete history, open Manage ZapTap and select Clipboard. Clear Unpinned removes non-pinned history only. Delete pinned items individually. Pausing recording does not delete existing history.

While the ZapTap menu is open, use Command+1 through Command+9 and Command+0 to copy the corresponding first ten clipboard entries. Follow the shortcut shown beside the item; pinned entries take priority.

Enable Open at Login in the ZapTap menu. You can turn it off again whenever you like.
